The New Hampshire Insurance Department looks out for New Hampshire residents by making sure insurance companies in the state are solvent and able to pay claims, and by making sure that insurance companies are obeying the law.
In addition, the department's Consumer Services staff assists people and providers who have insurance questions or concerns. Below is information and a list of resources that you may find helpful.
